Methods of Manufacturing

With 2, 4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, cyanuric chloride and 1-(2', 5'-dichloro-4'-sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-5 -Pyrazolone is the raw material, firstly condense 2, 4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid and cyanuric chloride, then diazotize the condensation product, and then condense with 1-(2', 5'-dichloro-4'- Sulfonyl phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone is coupled, finally condensed with p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, salted out, filtered and dried to obtain the finished product.
