Acid Violet 54 Use and Manufacturing
Using 2, 4-bis(o-tolyloxy)aniline, H acid and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride as raw materials, first condense H acid and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, and then reconstitute 2, 4-bis(o-tolyloxy)aniline Nitriding, and then coupling with the aforementioned condensate to obtain the product. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained. Add 12.8kg of H acid (40.8%), 1.2kg of sodium carbonate (80.65%), and 7.5kg of water into the condensation kettle with stirring and dissolving. The temperature is raised to 50°C, and then calcium carbonate and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride are added in multiple times (into the total The amounts are 2.2kg calcium carbonate, 8kg p-toluenesulfonyl chloride), control the temperature at 50-70°C, and react for 4h. Then add 17kg of water, 5.1kg of sodium carbonate (80.65%) and reflux for 2h, filter out the insoluble matter while hot, and use the filtrate for coupling reaction. Add 60kg of ice water and 6.5kg of hydrochloric acid (30%) into the diazonium kettle, cool to 2℃, and then add the ethanol solution of 2, 4-bis(o-tolyloxy)aniline which has been cooled to 10℃ [from 4.58kg , 2, 4-bis(o-tolyloxy)aniline (100%) and 6kg ethanol (95%)], while adding 4kg of sodium nitrite solution (30%) cooled to 10℃, add within 1h After finishing, keep the temperature at 2-7℃, and react for 2h after the addition. Add all the condensation filtrate, 100kg ice water and 8kg sodium carbonate (80.6%) to the coupling kettle, cool to 8°C, slowly add the above filtered diazonium liquid, add it in about 3h, and maintain 8-13°C. After the addition, react for another 2h at 10°C. Then the temperature is raised to 70°C, refined salt is added for salting out, the temperature is reduced to 20°C, filtered, and dried at 80°C to obtain 16-17 kg of dye.
Widely used for dyeing wool, silk, blended fabrics and nylon, and can be directly printed on wool, silk or nylon fabrics
