Sodium molybdate (Na2MoO4) dihydrate Use and Manufacturing
Liquid alkali extraction method molybdenum concentrate is oxidized and roasted to produce molybdenum trioxide, and then leached with liquid alkali to obtain sodium molybdate solution. The leaching solution is filtered by suction, evaporated and concentrated. The concentrated solution is crystallized by cooling and centrifuged at 70～80℃ Dry at temperature to obtain finished sodium molybdate. Its 2Mos2+7O2→2MoO3+4SO2↑MoO3+2NaOH+H2O→Na2MoO4?2H2O
