Sodium hypophosphite hydrate Use and Manufacturing
The one-step method adds yellow phosphorus, lime milk and sodium carbonate solution in an inert gas to a high-speed emulsification reactor. Adding dispersing aids while stirring greatly increases the specific surface area of the phosphorus, thereby accelerating the reaction speed and making the reactor mixture It is heated to a temperature of 45-90°C for the reaction to release phosphine and hydrogen. After the reaction is completed, it is filtered and the filtrate is sodium hypophosphite solution. Carbon dioxide gas is introduced to remove the dissolved calcium hydroxide, and filtered to remove calcium carbonate. Add an arsenic removal agent and a heavy metal removal agent to the filtrate to purify the solution, filter, and remove impurities such as arsenic and heavy metals. The filtrate is concentrated by vacuum evaporation, cooled and crystallized, and the mother liquor is separated by centrifugation to obtain a finished product of edible sodium hypophosphite.
