Ingredients	Active ingredient: Sacubitril/valsartan sodium
Indication	Contraindications: ACEI: Entresto is contraindicated with ACEI because the use of ACEI while inhibiting neprilysin (NEP) may increase the risk of angioedema. Entresto must be started 36 hours after taking a dose of ACEI. Entresto must be started 36 hours after taking a dose of Entresto (see [Contraindications] and [Dosage and Administration]). Aliskiren: In patients with type 2 diabetes, Entresto is contraindicated with aliskiren (see [Contraindications]). Avoid the use of aliskiren when taking Entresto in patients with renal impairment (eGFR60mL/min/1.73m2). Not recommended for concomitant use: Since Entresto contains the angiotensin II receptor antagonist valsartan, concomitant use of ARBs should be avoided. (See [Note]
