3-(Diethylamino)-7-oxo-7H-[1]benzopyrano[3′,2′:3,4]pyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazole-6-carbonitrile Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 4-diethylamino salicylaldehyde, 2-cyanomethyl benzimidazole, methyl cyanoacetate as raw materials. Firstly, 4-diethylaminosalicylic aldehyde and 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole are condensed in DMF solvent, and then reacted with methyl cyanoacetate to obtain the product. After post-treatment and drying, the finished product is obtained. Or reflux C.I.Solvent Red 197 with hydrochloric acid to obtain the product. Or (C.I.solvent ned 197). Add 11.4 g of C.I. Solvent Red 197 and 200 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid to the reaction flask, and reflux at 100-103°C for 2.5 hours to measure the end of the reaction. After the reaction, add 500g of ice, neutralize with 50% NaOH solution to pH=7.5, filter, wash with water, and dry to obtain red dye.

Uses

Fluorescent Red BK is used for coloring polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and polycarbonate plastics. Suitable for light-colored transparent color.
