Methods of Manufacturing

Take 4-nitro-1, 8-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid anhydride, o-aminothiophenol and octadecylamine as raw materials. Firstly, 4-nitro-1, 8-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid anhydride is condensed with o-aminothiophenol to prepare thioether compounds, and then with octadecylamine to prepare naphthalimide intermediates, and finally The free amino group is diazotized, the ring is closed in the presence of copper sulfate, and the product is obtained after liquid alkali treatment. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.
