Methods of Manufacturing

Take aniline, H acid, DSD acid, cyanuric chloride and morpholine as raw materials. Firstly, aniline is diazotized and coupled with H acid, then the coupled product is first condensed with cyanuric chloride, then with DSD acid for the second time, and finally with morpholine for the third time to get the product. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Direct light fast red FR is used for the dyeing of cotton, viscose fiber, silk and the printing of fabrics. It is also suitable for one-bath and one-step dyeing of polyester-cotton and polyester-viscose blended fabrics. The dyeing fastness is excellent.
