Methods of Manufacturing

Put 1 mol of lauric acid and 1.1 mol of hydroxyethyl diamine into the reaction kettle, heat to melt, and dehydrate at 110-120°C under alkaline pressure to generate amide. Then continue to heat up to about 250 ℃ for dehydration, loop closure to obtain lauryl hydroxyethyl imidazoline, and then react with 2 mol of chloroacetic acid under the catalysis of sodium hydroxide to generate quaternary ammonium salt, and the finished product is obtained after packaging.

Uses

This product is an ideal raw material for non-irritating baby shampoo, adult shampoo and skin cleansing agent, and it is also an excellent household and industrial detergent, foaming agent, emulsifier and antistatic agent.
