Methods of Manufacturing

Compound (I) and compound (II) are reacted to obtain compound (III). The compound (IV) is obtained by reduction, and then hydrolyzed to obtain the levocabastine.

Uses

Histamine H1 receptor antagonist, high selectivity and strong activity. Used for allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis.
