Description
Choline sulfate is an ammonium betaine that is the conjugate base of choline hydrogen sulfate, obtained by deprotonation of the sulfate OH group. It is an ammonium betaine and a member of choline sulfates. It is a conjugate base of a choline hydrogen sulfate.|A basic constituent of lecithin that is found in many plants and animal organs. It is important as a precursor of acetylcholine, as a methyl donor in various metabolic processes, and in lipid metabolism.
