Using 4, 4'-cyclohexylidenedianiline (4, 4'-cyclohexylidenedianiline), phenol, and G acid as raw materials, 4, 4'-diaminodiphenylcyclohexane is double-nitrided first, and then first Coupling with G acid for the second time, and coupling with phenol for the second time to obtain the product. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained. After diazotizing 1.139mol 4, 4'-diaminodiphenylcyclohexane and 2.313mol sodium nitrite, couple with 1.4mol G acid to the end point. Then add 1.235mol phenol and react at 0-3℃ for 1h. Adjust the pH to 10 with sodium carbonate, continue the reaction for 10 hours and then filter. Dissolve the filter cake with hot water, add 1.3 mol of calcium carbonate (potassium carbonate is currently used in production) for 1 hour to form a salt, heat the filter, the filtrate is salted out, filtered, and dried to obtain about 1.65 kg of dye. 4, 4'-Diaminodiphenylcyclohexane preparation: 8mol cyclohexanone, 28mol aniline, 28.5mol hydrochloric acid, 31.49mol sodium hydroxide are heated in the reactor to 120-125℃ (p=0.1-0.15MPa) , React for 10h, distill out unreacted aniline, filter and wash with water to obtain the product.
It is used for dyeing and printing nylon, silk and wool fabrics. It has good permeability and whitening properties. It can also be used for dyeing leather, hemp and straw.
