Methods of Manufacturing

Using 4, 4'-diaminotriphenylmethane and 1-(p-sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone as raw materials, the former is first double-nitrided, and then coupled with the latter to obtain the product . After filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained. . Add 400L of water, 131.4kg of 30% hydrochloric acid, and 49.4kg of 4, 4'-diaminotriphenylmethane to the diazonium pot, stir to dissolve, and cool to 0°C. Then add 30% sodium nitrite solution (containing 26.2kg NaNO2) within 15min. After adding, continue stirring for 45 minutes to obtain diazonium liquid. Add 300L of water and 55kg of soda ash to the coupling pot, stir to dissolve, then add 90kg of 1- (p-sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, stir to dissolve, and cool to below 10℃, within 40min Add the above-mentioned diazonium solution and adjust the pH value with soda ash solution at the same time to keep it at about 7.5. After adding, continue to stir for 1 hour, then heat to 90°C, add salt to salt out, cool to 75°C, filter, and dry to obtain about 310kg of product.

Uses

Weak acid bright yellow G is mainly used for the dyeing of wool, silk and nylon, as well as the direct printing of wool, silk, nylon and viscose fabric. Levelling and discharge properties are good. It is also used for dyeing leather.
