Ethylphosphonic acid Use and Manufacturing
The preparation method is that phosphorous trichloride reacts with ethanol in the presence of water to prepare a mixture of diethyl phosphite and monoethyl phosphite. Then add ammonia or sodium hydroxide to convert both into salt. The salt reacts with a slight excess of aluminum sulfate to obtain the bactericide aluminum triethylphosphonate. Specific process: mix alcohol and water and cool to about 10°C, add phosphorus trichloride dropwise under reduced pressure, keep the temperature at about 30°C; stir for 15 minutes after the drop is completed, and then increase the vacuum to 97~99kPa , Use boiling water to heat to 80 ~ 85 ℃, then cool to 5 ℃, neutralize with about 10% ammonia water, and then add an excess of 5% ammonia water (concentration unchanged) below 30 ℃; stop stirring after the addition, at 40 ~ Let it stand at 45°C for 2h, dehydration at 87~93kPa, stop when the liquid temperature reaches 80°C, and obtain product monoethyl phosphite.
It is used to synthesize fungicide aluminum triethylphosphonate (ethylphosphonate aluminum) on pesticides.
