Fosetyl aluminum Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Phosphorus trichloride and ethanol remove hydrogen chloride in the presence of a small amount of water to produce diethyl phosphite and a small amount of monoethyl phosphite; under the action of a slight excess of ammonia or sodium hydroxide, it generates monoethyl ammonium phosphite ( Or sodium); then react with a small excess of aluminum sulfate to produce aluminum triethylphosphonate.

Uses

It is a systemic fungicide suitable for the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by Monoaxial mold and Peronospora on fruit trees, vegetables, flowers, and economic crops. It is effective against many diseases of the genus Peronospora, Phytophthora, and Frostaceae, and has a longer duration. Mainly used for cucumber, vegetables, lettuce, grape downy mildew, spray with 40% wettable powder 400-600 times, once a week, 3 to 4 times in total. In addition, it is also used for tomato, potato, eggplant blight, watermelon brown rot, citrus root rot, stem ulcer, pineapple heart rot, rice ear neck blast, and citrus fruit. It also has good effects.
