Disperse Yellow 54 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Method 1: 2-Methyl-3-hydroxyquinoline method. 1. Synthesis of 2-methyl-3-hydroxyquinoline. (1) Using o-nitrobenzaldehyde as raw material. (2) Using o-toluene isocyanate as raw material. 2. Product synthesis. . After the reaction is over, the solvent is evaporated, and the finished product is obtained by drying and grinding. Method 2: 2-Methyl-3-hydroxyquinoline-4-carboxylic acid method. 1. Synthesis of 2-methyl-3-hydroxyquinoline-4-carboxylic acid. (1) Isatin is condensed with chloroacetone. (2) Isatin is condensed with hydroxyacetone. 2. Product synthesis. After the reaction is over, the solvent is evaporated, dried and ground to obtain a finished product.

Uses

Disperse Yellow E-3G is mainly used for dyeing polyester fibers. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure method as well as room temperature dyeing and room temperature carrier dyeing or printing. It has good level dyeing performance and the sun fastness can reach grade 6-7. It can be dyed in a single color, and can also be dyed in bright fruit green with Disperse Blue 2BLN or Disperse Turquoise S-GL, and can also be dyed in gray, coffee and other colors. It can also be used for dyeing fibers such as diacetate, triacetate, nylon, and acrylic.
