Reactive Red 24 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using anthranilic acid, H acid, cyanuric chloride and o-chloroaniline as raw materials, first condense H acid and cyanuric chloride, then diazotize the anthranilic acid, and couple with the aforementioned condensate, Finally, the coupling product is condensed with o-chloroaniline for the second time, and the finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering and drying. . 9.78kg of cyanuric chloride (100%) and 17.91kg of H acid (100%) were condensed and reacted at 0-5°C for 3h to obtain intermediate product (I). After taking 8.65 kg of o-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and diazotizing, coupling with (I) at 0-5 ℃ to obtain intermediate product (II). Finally, after reacting (II) with 7.019kg o-chloroaniline (100%) at 42°C for 3h, press filter and dry to obtain about 35kg dye.

Uses

Reactive Brilliant Red K-2BP is used for the dyeing of cotton and viscose fibers and the direct printing of fabrics. It is also used for the printing of silk and wool fabrics and the printing and dyeing of vinylon fabrics. The color light is slightly yellower than the active brilliant red X-3B, and it is not bright enough, but it is not easy to break the bond. It can be combined with Reactive Brilliant Orange KG or Reactive Brilliant Orange K-7R, and can be used for the direct printing of Victoria cotton blended fabric. The two-bath dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabric can be dyed in medium and dark colors with reactive bright yellow K-4G, reactive brilliant orange K-GN, reactive brilliant red K-2G, and reactive brilliant blue K-GR.
