Sorbitan, sesquioleate Use and Manufacturing
Put 1 mol of sorbitol into the reactor, dehydrate under reduced pressure, and then press the refined oleic acid into the reactor, and then add a catalyst amount of sodium hydroxide. Vacuum under stirring and gradually increase the temperature to about 200°C to maintain the reaction for 8 h. Sampling to measure the acid value, when the acid value reaches about 12, the esterification reaction is completed. After cooling and standing for 24, the reaction liquid was layered and the lower layer of dark liquid was thrown. The upper layer liquid was poured into a decolorizing kettle and decolorized with hydrogen peroxide at 50 to 60°C for 1 h. Continue to vacuum dehydration, dehydration at 110 ℃ for 5 h, the reaction is completed, the discharge filling is the finished product.
