Sorbitan, trioleate Use and Manufacturing
Put 1 mol of sorbitol into the reactor, vacuum dehydration, then preheat the refined oleic acid into the kettle, the amount of oleic acid added is 3 mol, and then add an appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide as a catalyst.
