Direct Violet 51 Use and Manufacturing
Using 2, 4-dimethyl-6-sulfonic aniline, 2-methoxy-5-methyl aniline and N-phenyl J acid as raw materials. First, diazotize 2, 4-dimethyl-6-sulfonic acid aniline and couple with 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline, then diazotize the coupling product, couple with N-phenyl J acid Get the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing.
Direct light fast purple BB can be used for dyeing cotton, viscose fiber, wool, silk and nylon, and printing of its fabrics. It is mainly used for dyeing and printing of viscose fiber fabrics, knitted underwear, and down blankets. It has good level dyeing and migration properties, and has a certain hiding power to the noise. After dyeing, it must be treated with fixing agent. It can also be used to color leather, paper and water-based inks.
