Using 2, 3-acid and 2, 4-dimethoxy-5-chloroaniline as raw materials, firstly 2, 3-acid is made into sodium salt in chlorobenzene medium, and then it is combined with 2, 4-dimethoxybenzene in the presence of PCl3. Dimethoxy-5-chloroaniline is condensed, neutralized, distilled, filtered and dried to obtain a finished product.
Mainly used for the manufacture of organic pigments, but also for dyeing cotton yarn
