Methods of Manufacturing

Ethanolamine reacted with sulfuric acid: Add ethanolamine aqueous solution in the reaction tank, slowly add 50% sulfuric acid under stirring, and the internal temperature should not exceed 30℃. After the addition, stir for 20 minutes, heat and reduce pressure to steam until slight crystals precipitate, discharge the material while it is hot, cool to crystallize, filter, wash the crystals with a small amount of water, and dry to obtain the product. The yield is 90%.
