Creatine kinase Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Rabbit muscle is used as raw material, homogenized, heat-treated, and graded by ethanol for the first time to remove denatured proteins. After extraction with magnesium sulfate, it is graded twice with ethanol and recrystallized to obtain the product.

Uses

Commonly used diagnostic enzymes to determine creatine and creatine phosphate.
