Uses

Urease can prevent hepatic coma, and urease microcapsules and ion exchange resin microcapsule adsorbent form an artificial kidney. Used to reduce non-protein nitrogen in the blood. It is used in biochemical research and is often used as a diagnostic enzyme in clinical practice to determine urea in blood and urine. It is used to decompose remaining urea in wine and inhibit the formation of urethane. It is used for analysis to measure urea in blood and urine. Medicine, immunotherapy for hepatic coma, preparation of new artificial kidneys, urine miniature sensors.
