Methods of Manufacturing

Using amino C acid, H acid, 2, 4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid, m-(β-sulfate ethyl sulfone) aniline and cyanuric chloride as raw materials. Firstly, 2, 4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid is condensed with cyanuric chloride for the first time, and then it is diazotized and coupled with H acid. Then, the amino C acid is diazotized and the second is performed with H acid. The second coupling, and finally the addition of meta (β-sulfate ethyl sulfone) aniline for the second condensation to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Reactive dark blue M-BE is used for dyeing cotton and viscose fibers, and is suitable for exhaustion and padding. High temperature stability. It is also used for dyeing polyester-cotton, polyester-viscose blended fabrics, and hemp and silk. The dyeing fastness is excellent.
