3-AMINO-N,N-DIMETHYL-BENZENESULFONAMIDE Use and Manufacturing

Step 2: 3-amino-N, N-dimethylbenzenesulfonam ide N, N-Dimethyl-3-nitrobenzenesulfonamide (850 mg, 3.7 mmol) wase dissolved in methanol (20 mL). The wet Pd/C (85 mg) was added to the mixture. The reaction mixture was stirred under hydrogen atmosphere overnight. The catalyst was removed by filtration and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure to give 3-amino-N, Ndimethylbenzenesulfonamide (600 mg, 80percent) as a white solid.
