N2,N2-Dimethylguanosine Use and Manufacturing
Compound 1 (1.5 g, 3.4 mmol) was dissolved in pyridine (2 mL) and aqueous ammonia was added. The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 3 h until TLC showed full deprotection. Solvents were evaporated to dryness and the compound was recrystallised from water. Yield 0.68 g, 65percent.
