Methods of Manufacturing

The preparation method is to obtain N, N-dimethylallylamine from 3-chloropropene and dimethylamine in the presence of alkali. Reaction equation: CH2=CHCH2Cl+(CH3)2NH→CH2=CHCH2N(CH3)2+HCl With sodium hydroxide as acid binding agent, 3-chloropropene reacts with dimethylamine in the solvent carbon tetrachloride or without solvent , The reaction temperature is 45°C, the reaction is 45h, and the water layer is separated to obtain N, N-dimethylallylamine.
