Methods of Manufacturing

Using p-nitroaniline, 3-methyl-6-methoxyaniline (clixidine), and gamma acid as raw materials, firstly diazotize p-nitroaniline and couple with clixidine, and then reconstitute the coupled product. Nitriding, coupling with gamma acid, and finally reducing the nitro group with sodium sulfide to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Mainly used for dyeing of cotton, linen, viscose and other fabrics
