Methods of Manufacturing

By hydrogenated azobenzene and dibutyl butyl malonate ring ring derived. Hydrogenated azobenzene, diethyl butyl malonate, sodium methoxide and sodium sulfite were heated together, vigorously refluxed for 1.5h, born in sodium sulfazone, and then acidified with acetic acid to obtain sulfazone.

Uses

Phenylbutazone, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, is an efficient reducing cofactor for the peroxidase activity of COX. Phenylbutazone-dependent inactivation of COX and prostacyclin synthase is markedly increased in the presence of 100 μM hydrogen peroxide with half-maximal effects at Phenylbutazone concentrations of 100 and 25 μM for COX and prostacyclin synthase, respectively.

Drug Function and Efficacy

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with a strong anti-inflammatory effect, a good effect on inflammatory pain, and a role in promoting uric acid excretion, but a weak antipyretic effect.
