Methods of Manufacturing

From 1-aminoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid bromination system. The raw material of bromamic acid, 1-aminoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid, can be obtained from 1-aminoanthraquinone, sulfonated with 20% fuming sulfuric acid or sulfonated with chlorosulfonic acid; it can also be obtained from 1-amino-2-bromo Anthraquinone sulfide alcohol is obtained by oxidation and hydrolysis. Raw material consumption quota: 1-aminoanthraquinone (industrial product) 815kg/t, oleum (containing SO320%) 628kg/t, bromine (99%) 483kg/t.

Uses

Important dye intermediate. Used to manufacture acidic anthraquinone dyes, such as weak acid brilliant blue GAW, weak acid brilliant blue R, reactive brilliant blue M-BR, brilliant blue KN-R, brilliant blue K3R, brilliant blue KGR, etc.
