Solvent Red 25 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using meta-toluidine and 2-naphthol as raw materials, first diazotize one intermolecular toluidine and couple it with another intermolecular toluidine, then diazotize the coupled product to couple with 2-naphthol to obtain a product. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Transparent red S-130 is mainly used for coloring various plastics, such as polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS, acetate fiber, etc. It is also used for coloring paint and ballpoint pen ink.
