Disperse Blue 26 Use and Manufacturing
Using 1, 5-diamino-4, 8-dihydroxyanthraquinone and methyl chloride as raw materials, the product is obtained by condensing the two. After post-treatment and drying, the finished product is obtained.
Disperse Blue E-BR is a sky blue dye, level dyeing is acceptable, the fastness of each item is medium, and the dark color is good. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure method and carrier method dyeing, and the hot melt method should only dye light colors. The dyeing of diacetate fiber is bright and bright, and the dyeing is slow. Dyeing triacetate fiber and nylon is not as bright as diacetate fiber. It can be used for direct printing of nylon and polyester fabrics, and cannot be used for printing and anti-discharge. It is mainly used for dyeing diacetate fiber as one of the three primary colors to match various colors with Disperse Yellow SE-FL (CIDisperse Yellow 42) and Disperse Red E-4B (CIDisperse Red 60).
