Acid Blue 80 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 1, 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone and mesitidine (2, 4, 6-trimethylaniline) as raw materials, the two are first condensed, then sulfonated with fuming sulfuric acid and neutralized to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing. It can also be condensed with 1, 4-dichloroanthraquinone and mesitidine, sulfonated and neutralized to obtain the product. Add 5.9 parts of mesitidine, 1.37 parts of hydrochloric acid, 1 part of 1, 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone, 1.24 parts of boric acid, and 3.7 parts of glacial acetic acid into the reaction kettle, and immediately introduce CO2, and add 0.4 part of zinc when heated to 85°C Continue to heat up to 115°C for 20 hours, then pour the reaction solution into 112g 98% sulfuric acid preheated to 70°C, heat to reflux for 1 hour, filter, and wash with water until neutral. 103-105g filter cake was refined with Na2CO3 solution. Take 30 g of the above filter cake and add it to the reactor, and add 210 g of 20% oleum, react at 50°C for 2 hours, and treat it with salt, soda ash, and sodium bisulfite to obtain finished dyes.
