3-Hydroxy-N-2-naphthalenyl-2-naphthalenecarboxamide Use and Manufacturing
Using 2, 3-acid and 2-amino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid (Tobias acid) as raw materials, firstly 2, 3-acid is made into sodium salt, and then in chlorobenzene medium, in trichlorination In the presence of phosphorous, it is condensed with Tobic acid and then hydrolyzed in the presence of sodium dihydrogen phosphate to obtain the product. After neutralization, distillation, filtration, washing and drying, the finished product is obtained. Add 1500-2000L of chlorobenzene, 338kg of Tobic acid, 282kg of 2, 3-acid (100%), 177.5kg of 50% sodium hydroxide solution, and 63.9kg of sodium dihydrogen phosphate (100%) in the salt-forming pot . Raise the temperature to 95-105℃, reflux for 1.5h, slowly increase the temperature for dehydration, until the temperature reaches 133-134℃, the end point is when the distilled liquid is transparent. The steamed water is about 1800-2000L. Hydraulic pressure the above reaction into the condensation kettle, cool to 65℃, slowly add phosphorus trichloride and chlorobenzene mixture (made from 91kg phosphorus trichloride and chlorobenzene to a 50%-60% mixture) within 1.5h, add After completion, the temperature was increased to 132-134°C within 2h, and the temperature was kept for 6h. Add 2000L of water and 250kg of 30% sodium hydroxide into the still, then press into the above condensate, stir for 15min, and measure the pH value should be above 8. The filter cake is washed with hot water at 90°C until it is clear and drained. The finished product is about 380kg.
Mainly used as a primer for dyeing and printing cotton fabrics. And can be used instead of chromic acid AS.
