Methods of Manufacturing

The m-nitrochlorobenzene is reduced with iron powder to obtain m-chloroaniline, which is distilled and then salted out with hydrochloric acid, filtered and dried to obtain the finished product. Industrial product dry product diazonium value ≥ 95%. Raw material consumption quota: meta-chloroaniline (98%) 840kg/t, hydrochloric acid (31%) 882kg/t.

Uses

The ice dye base is mainly used as a coloring agent for dyeing and printing cotton, linen, and viscose fabrics, and also as an intermediate for medicine and pesticides.
