Methods of Manufacturing

Using carbazole and p-nitrosophenol as raw materials, the two are first condensed in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid, and after reduction with iron powder, they are vulcanized with sodium polysulfide, oxidized, filtered, dried, and crushed to obtain a finished product.

Uses

Sulfur-reduced blue RNX is mainly used for dyeing cotton, hemp, viscose fiber, vinylon, and cotton-cotton blended fabrics. It is used for dyeing dark blue, navy blue and other deep dark colors with bright colors. The dye has good directness to fiber, excellent level dyeing property, excellent fastness, and low price.
