Disperse Blue 148 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 3-amino-5-nitrobenzo-2, 1-isothiazole and N-ethyl-N-phenyl-β-alanine methyl ester as raw materials. Diazotize the former first, and then couple with the latter to obtain the product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Disperse Blue 3RT is used for dyeing and printing polyester and blended fabrics. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing and hot-melt dyeing, and can also be used for carrier dyeing.
