Acid Orange 67 Use and Manufacturing
Using 4-p-aminoaniline-3-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid, m-cresol and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride as raw materials, firstly diazotize 4-p-aminoaniline-3-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid, and then diazotize it with m-cresol Coupling, and finally condensing the coupled product with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride to obtain the product. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.
Weak acid yellow RXL is used for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and its blended fabrics. It can also be printed directly on wool and silk fabrics. High dyeing rate and good levelness. When used in the same bath dyeing of wool and other fibers, the diacetate fiber is slightly stained, but the triacetate fiber is not stained.
