The principle of food diversity helps rational diet
New dietary needs such as increasing dietary fiber, increasing high quality protein and reducing fat intake can be found in marine foods as a convenient and affordable solution. For example, microalgae are rich in dietary fiber, while marine proteins such as deep-sea fish and shrimp are rich in high-quality protein and relatively low in fat, and fish fat is mostly composed of unsaturated fatty acids, which can effectively improve dietary quality.
"When dining out, it is easy to focus on refined staple foods or meat. Many people feel that a meal with meat and rice, even if you eat well, such a meal, the main food is mostly refined rice and noodles, vegetables are small, fruit is rarely available, limited food variety, nutrition is also not rich enough. Fan Zhihong suggested that, usually when ordering, consumers can choose small portions of dishes to increase the variety of dishes; take-out meals generally do not include fruit, you can prepare some small tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and other raw vegetables in advance, to balance this part of the nutritional deficit; restaurants and take-out food high oil and salt problems are common, you can use hot water shabu-shabu method to remove some of the surface oil and salt. "The dietary choices are more diversified, and the key to achieving a healthy diet still lies in the dietary concept. If consumers insist on using the big food concept to guide their diet and pay attention to dietary balance, there are still many options for taking into account convenience, deliciousness and health." Fan Zhihong said.
