China 丨Zhongxun Thinkgreen reached the production of 2000 tons of Cyhalofop-butyl

As a new force in China technical market, Zhongxun Thinkgreen has been adhering to the base of industry chain, taking the technology optimization as an important step and taking quality as the core as the company’s development concept since its establishment. After entering the market, its production and capacity are relatively stable. And the quality of its main technical products of Cyhalofop-butyl and Clodinafop-propargyl have been widely recognized by the industry.

In addition, it is reported that Zhongxun Thinkgreen will adjust and upgrade the product structure of the company in the south of the existing factory in accordance with the company’s strategic adjustment. The company will cancel the phase II of planed production project of 12,000T/A Methyl lactate and its derivatives, and 59,700 T/A GR production project, to make room for further expansion and optimization of the production scale and process equipment upgrading of Cyhalofop-butyl and Clodinafop-propargyl, which will improving the supporting capacity of the industry chain.

The new expanding project covers : the production lines of 1500T/A Cyhalofop-butyl, 1000T/A Metamifop, 600T/A 3,4-Difluorobenzonitrile, 500T/A 2-Fluoro-N-methylaniline, 200T/A Penoxsulam and 200T/A Triflumuron.

It is understood that the phase II of new line of 1500 tons Cyhalofop-butyl has been built in October. Now, this line is in the stage of trial operation pending approval. In addition to the 500 tons of the first phase of the project, the total Cyhalofop-butyl capacity of Zhongxun Thinkgreen will reach 2000 T/A. Moreover, the 500 T/A production line of Clodinafop-propargyl is also running at full load.

At present, the factory has carried out a complete upgrade for industrial chain of Cyhalofop-butyl and Clodinafop-propargyl. It has the independent production capacity of DHPPA intermediate, 3,4-Difluorobenzonitrile intermediat for Cyhalofop-butyl, and 3-Difluoro-5-chloropyridine for Clodinafop-propargyl, with complete supporting facilities.

In recent years, Zhongxun Thinkgreen and its parent company has been increasing investment in technical plates. Apart from the above expanded investment in Jingmen, the company will allocate ¥1.5 billion to build a new second technical production base, which has set up in Aug 2022, in Hubei. The company will launch Chlorantraniliprole, Fluopyram and some technicals of insecticides and fungicides in this new base.
