Meibang bought land with ¥35.88 million for the construction of an 20,000 t/a of pesticides and intermediates project

On September 22, Meibang shares announced that on July 4, 2023, Nuozheng, its wholly-owned subsidiary, won the state-owned land use right of Putuo 2022-14 plot with 35.88 million yuan, and signed the "Listing transaction Confirmation" with Pucheng County Natural Resources Bureau.

Recently, Nuozheng and Pucheng County Natural Resources Bureau signed the "State-owned construction land use right transfer contract". The purchase of land use rights is used for the construction project of an annual production line of 20000 tons of pesticides and intermediates.

Meibang shares said that the purchase of land use rights for an annual output of 20,000 tons of pesticide technical and intermediate production line construction project, in line with national policies and the company's own development needs, to promote the company's technical, formulation integrated development, help the company to cope with fierce market competition, enhance market share and sustainable development capacity
