Pymetrozine production line of Dekun will land in Gansu Province, China
Recently, Gansu Century Dekun’s project of pesticide intermediate and pesticide technical passed the review of Jiuquan City Ecological Environment Bureau and obtained the environmental assessment approval, marking the construction of the project has been a step forward.
This project is a reconstruction and expansion project, its construction site is located in Yumen Building Materials Chemical Industry Zone. The original Environmental Impact Report of Dekun's Annual Production Line of 17,000 tons of Pesticide Intermediates was approved by Jiuquan Bureau of Ecological Environment on February 17, 2020. At present, it has obtained the discharge permit and completed the independent acceptance. The project includes new construction and technical transformation projects. The new construction includes: the production lines of 1000T/A Pymetrozine, 4000T/A 3-Pyridinecarboxaldehyde. The technical transformation includes: The 31% Hydrochloric acid production line based on the existing 4-Acetylamino-6-methyl-3-oxo-2 production line and the newly added Sodium chloride production line by using the 4-Acetylamino-6-methyl-3-oxo-2 production line.
The main part of the project construction includes storage and transportation engineering, auxiliary engineering and environmental protection engineering, which includes workshops, buildings, systems and waste management and so on. The total investment of the project is ¥50 million. The expansion project is expected to achieve a sales revenue of ¥150 million after completion, and solve the employment of more than 30 people.
