Oriental Shenghong has invested in a number of new chemical material projects
On the evening of November 29, Oriental Shenghong issued two project investment announcements, one is the announcement on Hubei Haigus New Energy Co., Ltd.'s investment in the construction of supporting raw materials and iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate new energy material projects, and the other is about Jiangsu Shengjing New Materials Co., Ltd. investment in the construction of POE and other high-end new material projects.
It is said that in order to accelerate the layout of new energy and new materials and further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, Hubei Haigus New Energy Co., Ltd., a secondary holding subsidiary of Jiangsu Oriental Shenghong Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of supporting raw materials and new energy materials projects of iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate.
Project Name: Hubei Haigus supporting raw materials and iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate new energy materials project
Construction site: The project is planned to be built in Yidu Chemical Park, Yichang City, Hubei Province, with a project land of about 162.60 hectares.
Investment amount: The total investment of this project is 18.684 billion yuan, of which the construction investment is 13.882 billion yuan.
Construction content and scale: The project mainly includes 1.8 million tons/year mineral processing device, 800,000 tons/year sulfuric acid plant, 400,000 tons/year wet phosphoric acid plant, 280,000 tons/year wet phosphoric acid purification plant, 500,000 tons/year iron phosphate plant, 300,000 tons/year lithium iron phosphate plant, 100,000 tons/year water-soluble fertilizer plant, 500,000 tons/year special compound fertilizer plant, 2 million tons/year phosphogypsum harmless treatment device, 1 million tons/year roadbed material device, 1 million tons/year cement retarder device, 20,000 tons/year anhydrous hydrogen fluoride plant and supporting warehouses and utilities.
Project Progress: The construction period of this project is 2 years. At present, the preparation of the feasibility study report of the project has been completed, and it is still in the early stage of approval.
It is reported that the project uses phosphate ore as raw material to build the whole industrial chain products from phosphate ore to lithium iron phosphate, purifies phosphoric acid as a raw material for iron phosphate, further produces lithium iron phosphate, and at the same time supports water-soluble fertilizer and special fertilizer, promotes the development of new energy materials industry with the circular economy development model, actively expands the industrial scope, extends the industrial chain, promotes the supporting development, cluster development and coordinated development of downstream industries, and realizes the continuous value-added of resource value.
In response to the project, Oriental Shenghong said that based on the continuous empowerment of its own large chemical platform and the accumulation of new material development for many years, the company focuses on new energy and new materials, will lay out the whole industrial chain of lithium iron phosphate, and comprehensively create a new energy green factory.
Item II
According to reports, in order to accelerate the layout of new energy and new materials, use the advantages of Shenghong refining and chemical integration project to produce high value-added products, and further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, Jiangsu Shengjing New Materials Co., Ltd., a third-level holding subsidiary of Jiangsu Oriental Shenghong Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of high-end new material projects such as polyolefin elastomers (POE).
Project Name: Jiangsu Shengjing New Materials Co., Ltd. High-end New Materials Project (tentative name)
Construction site: The project is planned to be built in Lianyungang Petrochemical Base in Xuwei New District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, with a project land of about 1017 mu.
Investment amount: The total investment of this project is 9.730 billion yuan, of which the construction investment is 8.531 billion yuan.
Construction content and scale: The project mainly includes 200,000 tons/year α-olefin plant, 300,000 tons/year POE plant, 300,000 tons/year butanol plant, 300,000 tons/year acrylic acid and ester plant, and 240,000 tons/year bisphenol A plant. According to the demand, build supporting storage and transportation facilities, circulating water yards, regional substations, central control rooms, production management complex buildings and other public works and auxiliary facilities.
Project Progress: The construction period of this project is 2 years. It is still in the project preparation stage.
In response to the project, Oriental Shenghong said that this investment is to accelerate the layout of new energy and new materials, take advantage of the advantages of Shenghong refining and chemical integration project, and produce high-value-added polyolefin elastomer (POE), α-olefin, butanol, acrylic acid and ester, bisphenol A high-end chemical new materials and chemical products, extend product differentiation, enhance product added value and market competitiveness. The high-end chemical new materials produced by this project can be replaced by localization, drive the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry chain, and make positive contributions to the development of national high-end chemical new materials.
