The chemical market continues to operate weakly
Among the important chemical products monitored, there were 16 products that rose, accounting for 25.8%, and the top products were acetone (5.3%) and diammonium phosphate (4.7%); A total of 38 products declined, accounting for 61.3%, and the top products with the largest declines were bisphenol A (6.9%), toluene (6.2%) and sulfur (6.0%).
The center of gravity of the acetone market is upward. The shortage of spot supply in the market once intensified, some buying was positive, the market transaction once again amplified the support, and the market center of gravity recovered. The market stabilized late in the week and showed signs of weakening. It is expected that the acetone market may fluctuate strongly in the future.
The diammonium phosphate market is on the rise. The market supply is tight, the demand for winter storage market is stable, some enterprises execute new export orders, the market spot is small, and the price rises. It is expected that the diammonium market will continue to operate at a high level in the future.
The bisphenol A market is weak. The raw material phenol acetone stopped falling and rebounded, but the boost to bisphenol A was not obvious, and the buying gas in the market did not improve significantly, and some bisphenol A manufacturers continued to reduce prices to stimulate buying. The short-term BPA market is expected to fluctuate in a narrow range.
The toluene market extended its decline. Crude oil has plummeted continuously, and the cost of toluene is weak. The recovery of downstream demand was less than expected, the supply and demand side was empty, mainstream refiners cut prices sharply during the week, and the market traded lightly. Toluene is expected to operate in shock in the short term.
The port sulphur market is declining. Recently, port sulfur prices have continued to fall, the market trading atmosphere is still light, some merchants continue to seek low and price underweight, cargo holders are unstable, port sulfur prices continue to fall. The port sulphur market is expected to continue to decline.
