During the validity period of the agreement, the company will continue to purchase HPV vaccine, pentavalent rotavirus vaccine and other agreement products from Merck in accordance with the agreement, and the total basic purchase amount of the agreed products will exceed 100 billion yuan, of which HPV vaccine will reach 98 billion yuan.

In the past three years, the basic procurement amount agreed between Zhifei Biotechnology and Merck Sharp & Dohme is 34 billion yuan, and the actual procurement amount has reached 48 billion yuan.

In 2022, the products of Zhifei Bio Agency will grow rapidly, of which the HPV series has been issued as of 2022Q3 with a total of more than 24 million units, and the pentavalent round seedlings have been issued more than 6 million units, and the volume is rapid, and major single products are expected to enter a rapid release period in 2023.
