AVILIVE plans to expand the projects of 1000 tons of Picloram and 500 tons of Chlorantraniliprole
Recently, Department of Ecology and Environment of Zhejiang Province publicized the approval opinions of environmental assessment document for the production lines of 500 t/a Aminopyralid, 700 t/a 3,6-Dichloropicolinic acid, 1000 t/a Picloram and 500 t/a Chlorantraniliprole. AVILIVE also announced the information.
According to the EIA document, AVILIVE plans to invest ¥82.79 million to expand the production line with an output of 500 t/a Aminopyralid, 700 t/a 3,6-Dichloropicolinic acid, 1000 t/a Picloram and 500 t/a Chlorantraniliprole. The construction site is Hengdian Town, the total land area of the project is 4511 square meters, a new production plant and supporting facilities, the new plant covers an area of 885 square meters, the total construction area of 1770 square meters. After completion, the production lines with an output of 500 t/a Aminopyralid, 700 t/a 3,6-Dichloropicolinic acid, 1000 t/a Picloram and 500 t/a Chlorantraniliprole will be formed. It is expected to achieve sales revenue of ¥540 million, profit and tax of ¥84.25 million.
AVILIVE is a subsidiary of Hengdian Group. It is a national designated pesticide enterprise integrating technology development, product production and trade. The main products are pyridine chlorination and fluorination series intermediates, pyridine agricultural chemicals (3,6-Dichloropicolinic acid, Picloram and Chlorantraniliprole).

The company is a science and technology enterprise in Zhejiang, with 8 national invention patents, has passed the three-in-one system certification of ISO9001:2008,ISO14001:2004 and GB/T28001:2011. In 2007, AVILIVE was founded. In 2011, it wholly acquired Shandong Lunan and changed its name to Shandong AVILIVE. In 2016, it wholly acquired Lianyungang Zhcxl and changed its name to Lianyungang AVILIVE.
