AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals, INEOS Nitriles Sign Co-op Agreement

阿克苏诺贝尔特种化学品公司将投资INEOS在德国科隆的生产设施。英力士腈业是全球最大的丙烯腈生产商，丙烯腈是最终用于汽车，家用电器，服装，碳纤维和水净化行业的关键化学组件。科隆新设施的建设将于今年晚些时候开始，并于2020年完成。英力士将运营这些新工厂。
