25 export orders of Air Liquide Houpu will be delivered soon
Air Liquide Houpu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. recently announced that in 2022, Air Liquide Houpu will sign new export orders for 25 types of aircraft, covering major global hydrogen energy markets such as South Korea, Australia, Canada, and Europe. The equipment is expected to be completed in 2023 year to complete the delivery.
According to reports, Air Liquide Houpu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company established by Air Liquide Group and Chengdu Huaqi Houpu Co., Ltd. in 2019 to develop, manufacture and deploy hydrogen refueling stations for fuel cell electric vehicles. Since its establishment 3 years ago, the company has signed 31 sets of hydrogen refueling equipment export contracts to meet the rapidly growing demand for hydrogen refueling solutions in foreign markets.
In 2020, Air Liquide Houpu and Air Liquide Korea signed an export order for 6 sets of hydrogenation machines, mainly serving Hyundai Motors in South Korea. This is the first hydrogenation machine project of Air Liquide Houpu exported overseas. The project team overcame the challenges of the epidemic and short delivery period, and delivered all the equipment in September 2021. These equipments are in good condition so far, laying a good foundation and reputation for future export projects.
According to the relevant person in charge of the company, Air Liquide Houpu has won the favor of overseas customers relying on its own manufacturing and assembly technology, rich experience in building hydrogen refueling stations and cost advantages. Overseas export projects will push China's high-quality processing technology and production service capabilities to the international market, which will help attract more high-quality customers, and will further promote the supply of hydrogen energy equipment, components and complete station equipment of Air Liquide Houpu, and enhance Air Liquide Houpu's general international hydrogen energy market competitiveness.
