Recently, some companies such as ABA Chem and NPS released their 2022 annual performance reports.

The basic earnings per share was 0.3354 yuan. The net asset value per share attributable to the shareholders of the parent company was ¥3.13.

The main reasons for the change in performance

The main reasons for the decline in total operating revenue are as follows: 1) The company integrated and optimized the operation and management, and the number of controlling dealers in the consolidated statement was reduced from 36 in the same period of last year to 27, resulting in a decrease of ¥333 million in sales consolidated statement income; 2) The sales of the Company's main business of pesticide formulations increased by ¥0.28.6 million, up by 1.07%; 3) Sales revenue of specialty crops industry chain increased by ¥0.618 billion, up by 60.26%.

The increase in net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was mainly caused by the year-on-year increase in sales revenue and income due to the commencement of production of the company's specialty crops industrial chain.

Luheng seeds

Luhengreleased the 2022 annual performance report, during the reporting period, the company achieved a total revenue of ¥388 million, down by 1.13% year-on-year. Net profit of returning to the mother was ¥48 million, down 23.45% year on year. And non-net profit of ¥46 million, down 19.31% year on year.

The main reasons for the change in performance:

1. The company's operating income in the reporting period was basically flat compared with the same period of last year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies and the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring gains and losses declined somewhat, while the basic earnings per share and the weighted average return on equity declined simultaneously with the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies. The main reasons are: this year's epidemic, the company's business promotion and logistics transportation are greatly affected by the epidemic. In addition, affected by the fluctuation of upstream raw material purchase price and the production capacity climbing stage of its subsidiary, Lanrun, the company's product cost increased, and the increased cost failed to be effectively transmitted to downstream customers, resulting in a decline in gross profit margin.

2. The Company reported a substantial increase in total assets, owners' equity attributable to shareholders of the listed Company and net asset per share attributable to shareholders of the listed Company at the end of the period, mainly due to the increase in funds raised by the Company after it completed the issuance of shares to non-specific qualified investors and the increase in retained earnings of the Company.
